I am Elina – person to person. An advocate for justice, equality, and families. In my heart, there is room for everyone – especially for those whose voices are not always heard.
Values and Goals
I want to build a vibrant and more self-sufficient society where entrepreneurship flourishes, everyday life works, and everyone has the opportunity for a good life. In decision-making, transparency, fairness, and strong local presence are important to me. A safe, healthy environment and a sustainable future are not luxuries – they are rights.
To me, every person is valuable. Young people, the elderly, disabled individuals, the lonely – no one's voice should be lost. Promoting mental health, supporting families, and strengthening community are matters close to my heart. For me, politics is about caring, courage, and action – not just words.
Working Life and Well-being
A good working life doesn't create itself. Everyone should have the right to safe, humane, and fair working conditions – and the opportunity to do their work with pride. Occupational health, well-being, reasonable workload, and fair pay are non-negotiable. I want to defend workplace values where every employee feels seen and appreciated.
Education and Future
Education is the future. We need more sensible decisions that strengthen learning and support teachers' well-being. Students' individual needs must be taken into account – not on bureaucracy's terms, but for the best of children and young people.
Experience and Expertise
I have strong experience in social and health care as well as education. I have served as a deputy councilor in Pirkkala municipality, in the social welfare board, and in the senior forum. I am familiar with everyday challenges – and I make decisions based on knowledge, experience, and strong values.
